Ride Concepts Launches 2022 Footwear Collection

Ride Concepts has announced its Spring and Summer 2022 footwear collection, with some new additions to the lineup alongside some updated returns. There’s plenty of cushioning and shock absorption to be seen here, with D3O material in the insoles of the top performing shoes and layers of EVA foam in nearly every model. The outsoles all feature a variation of a hexagonal pattern, in three versions: Max Grip, which has the most grippy rubber, High Grip, which offers more adjustability for slopestyle and other riders, and Clip Grip, which – as the name suggests – incorporates a cleat channel.

Here’s what to see this spring.

Tallac & Canal
Tallac and Flume shoes are the big news here, as they’re brand new for this spring. As the latest addition to Ride Concepts’ trail and all-mountain lineup, the Tallac (men’s) and Flume (women’s) shoes are available in flat and clip-on options as well as BOA and traditional lace-up models.

The shoes are Ride Concepts’ first releases that incorporate seamless Cordura uppers, and the clip-on version has an extended cleat channel for plenty of adjustment options. Weighing between 365g (Flume Lace-Up Flat Pedal) and 570g (BOA Tallac Clip Pedal), the Flume and Tallac fit into the Ride Concepts range as sturdy all-around shoes.
