I know that people had issues with a couple of things about this story, and it’s an issue I tend to flip my bitch switch about also. A good man who did the wrong thing for the right reasons becomes a complete ass who shows no care for anyone for several years and 2. But it did not work for me at all.
So he forces James to propose to Theo to hide the crime and legally get his hands her remaining funds. Unfortunately, hte so much infidelity that I just couldn’t get past it.
