As a punter I feel a bit robbed on this with the hardbacks as the rehashing of the story from a mildly different viewpoint is at best misguided and lazy and at worst a money spinner. Actually I left the book without any clear-cut notion of how the servants of the Vlagh look like and how they fight. A character finds something new from another character. If I had to pick the one that is most reminiscent of this series, it’s the Redemption of Althalus. The Iron Tower Frostborn 5.

The Elder Gods (The Dreamers, #1) by David Eddings

Aracia, in her insanity, tries to kill Lillabeth, but in her madness forgets the most fundamental law that defines the gods of Dhrall: I followed them with The Belgariad and The Mallorean. I mean, I can understand a chapter or two but the entire book’s dialog is just plain horrible. The little goddess Very disappointing. After the Vlagh’s first wave of minions were obliterated, the outlander armies moved north to the top of the ravine and built a fort dteamers prevent the continuous coming of daid servants.

Jalkan attempts to retaliate, ecdings Keselo stops him, and Narasan fires him, ordering Padan to chain him up and throw him in the brig of his flagship, the Victory.
