CLASSIC AMERICAN STYLE MEETS BRITISH LUXURY IN AN EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION OF BOAT SHOES

Sperry invented the world’s first boat shoe and Sunspel invented the world’s first cotton t-shirt. Today, the two brands have created a one-of-a-kind boat shoe where English heritage meets American classic. Each shoe is handcrafted in Maine with premium leathers and suedes from a world-class family tannery. Details include leather piping, perforated lining, roll stitching, Vibram outsoles, embossed Sperry x Sunspel logo and Sperry’s Razor-Cut Wave-Siping technology for traction. Limited quantities are available in three colorways – navy blue, beige and chocolate brown.

“Sperry and Sunspel share a unique place in fashion history, and this partnership represents a collaboration between two great heritage brands. We are thrilled to partner with Sunspel and draw on decades of know-how to create beautiful, handcrafted shoes that are sure to become future classics,” said Sean McDowell, vice president of product at Sperry.

“Sunspel and Sperry are two unique heritage brands, focused on craftsmanship. Our factory in England remains at the center of everything we do, so we always look to work with other specialists in their field, learn from others and partner with a new product. It was a joy to work with the Sperry, Maine factory and see the similarities between the two brands – from the innovation of our factories to the skilled and dedicated craftsmen. The perfect combination of the iconic boat shoe, the finest materials and factory craftsmanship has resulted in a timeless summer shoe. – David Telfer, Creative Director, Sunspel.

The Sperry for Sunspel collection is available on Sperry.com and Sunspel.com, priced at $375.
